1. Terms of Use

Essaywolf is a university-level tutoring and comprehensive student support center that operates successfully in the educational sector, providing full support throughout students’ studies (theses, dissertations, university courses, SPSS analyses). The company’s aim is to offer high-quality services, emphasizing customer needs and always relying on the triptych: Reliability, Low Cost, High Quality. Due to our long-standing presence in the field of education, we have developed an excellent framework for providing educational services, which is continuously expanding thanks to the emphasis placed on the changing educational needs of today’s student.

3. User Responsibility

By using this website, the user warrants that they are a natural person and that the information declared in the assignment costing form is true and accurate.

The user must use the website in accordance with the law and in compliance with these Terms of Use.

Any use of the website for misleading purposes or for purposes that could cause loss of profits and malfunction in the provision of its services is strictly prohibited.

It is strictly prohibited to use members’/users’ data for the promotion of products and services with the aim of direct transactions between network members outside and beyond the online platform.

Any unlawful action in the use of the website will result in the user being excluded from access to the services provided.

4. Charges / Payments

The user may be informed about the cost of the provided services (assignment support, translation, lesson) either through the website or by phone via the company’s sales department. An indicative pricing list is available on Essaywolf’s website; however, the final pricing of the provided service is determined exclusively by the sales department.

Payments may be made via bank deposit, credit card, cash, or electronic POS. After payment, our company will issue a service invoice. Any fees (payments) paid by the user that may exceed the remaining term of the agreement are refunded proportionally to the user. Any other claims by the user are excluded.

5. Cancellation - Refund Policy

For requests for partial or full refunds, the following apply:

A) Such requests are examined by the competent Company Dispute Resolution Department, which decides accordingly.

B) The user has the right to request a partial or full refund by sending a relevant request to [email protected], if the Pro-writer fails to deliver the work undertaken within the agreed deadline, or if they deliver work that does not meet the specifications of their offer or the agreement with the user, or if they do not respond to the user’s messages for a reasonable period that jeopardizes the successful completion of the work within the deadline, or if they do not follow the user’s instructions for incorporating changes or corrections into the work.

C) The user is deemed to have accepted the work unreservedly as to its quality if they submit changes or corrections that they wish to be incorporated into it, provided these fall within the scope of the requirements of their original request. It is explicitly stated that changes which significantly alter or add new elements will be considered a request for a new assignment and will be priced accordingly. If there are objections regarding the overall quality of the work, these must be submitted in writing within an exclusive deadline of five (5) days from receipt to [email protected].

In the event of cancellation of our cooperation, if the user has paid the company any amount that is agreed to be refunded due to such cancellation, the following apply:

The refund to the user will be made in the manner agreed with the user regardless of the payment method (e.g., indicatively, refund in cash while payment to the company was made by credit card or via bank transfer, or vice versa), at the company’s due care.

In particular:

In case of refund via debit/credit card, the company’s obligation to refund the amount is fulfilled by notifying the cooperating bank that serves the company’s transactions of the cancellation of the transaction (which then, if it is not the issuer of the debit/credit card, forwards the cancellation notice to the card-issuing bank in order to reverse the charge according to the policy applied and the agreement with the customer). After such notification to the cooperating bank, the company bears no responsibility for the time and manner of the chargeback/reversal, which is determined by the card-issuing bank and governed by its agreement with the customer.
In case of refund via bank transfer to the user’s account, the refund will be made no later than ten (10) business days from the day the user provides the company with full bank account details (IBAN, beneficiary details) to which the amount owed should be credited.
In case of cash refund, it will be made by returning the user’s money to them at the company’s headquarters at 45 Egnatia Street, Thessaloniki, 2nd Floor. The refund will be made no later than three (3) business days from the cancellation of the cooperation.

6. Use Restrictions

You may view and print one copy of any visible content of the website solely for your personal convenience and for the needs of your order, subject to the restrictions mentioned herein, and any other use of the website content is prohibited.

8. Account Anonymization after Personal Data Deletion

In the event of deletion of personal data following a user request under the GDPR, the user’s account is anonymized. As a result, the details of the deleted user will not appear in the order history of those who have contracted with them.

9. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting the company’s customer support. Likewise, Essaywolf may cancel your account at any time and without stating a reason. From such cancellation of your account, it is expressly agreed that no liability whatsoever shall arise towards you on the part of Essaywolf for any reason or cause, nor may you assert any claim against Essaywolf for such reason or cause.

The website also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue its operation at any time without creating any kind of liability towards any person. It is expressly clarified that the website neither promises nor commits to any person regarding its operating time, nor bears responsibility if users or other persons served by it change or restrict other ways or methods of operating their businesses relying on this facilitation.

In the event of permanent discontinuation of the service or cooperation, users who have selected services may claim a refund of the amount paid for the services originally agreed, and only for the period from the payment date until permanent discontinuation. The refund amount is determined by Essaywolf in consultation with the customer based on the company’s price list as shown on Essaywolf and based on the price originally agreed with the company’s sales department. Any other claims by the user are excluded.

10. Assignment

You agree and accept that this agreement and all agreements and information incorporated herein may be freely assigned at Essaywolf’s discretion to a third party. Assignment of your own obligations and rights to a third party is expressly prohibited.

11. Applicable Law and Other Terms

This user agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek law, the directives and regulations of European law, and relevant international provisions, and is interpreted based on the rules of good faith, business ethics, and the economic and social purpose of the right. If any provision is deemed contrary to law and therefore invalid or voidable, it shall automatically cease to apply, without affecting the validity of the remaining terms in any way.

No modification of the terms of this agreement shall be taken into account or form part of it unless made in writing and incorporated herein. The competent courts for any disputes arising in connection with this agreement are the Courts of Thessaloniki.
