“Essaywolf” has fully complied, both legally and technically, with the provisions of the new General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 679/2016 (GDPR). Under certain lawful conditions, it processes your personal data and hereby declares that it safeguards and processes such data in accordance with the law throughout the duration of your cooperation with the company, as well as after its completion.
For this purpose, “Essaywolf” has taken all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the personal data it collects and processes in the context of its professional activity, as well as any protection measure in case of loss or alteration due to physical and/or electronic risks or third-party access to such data.
What is Personal Data?
“Personal Data” means any information that identifies the data subject, namely any natural person, whether a private individual or a professional. Indicatively, personal data includes: full name, father’s name, postal address, email address, date of birth, postal code, fax number, contact telephone number, Tax Identification Number (TIN), Social Security Number, etc.
“Essaywolf” does not collect your personal data unless you have explicitly provided it for a specific purpose (e.g., when registering or expressing interest in courses, assignments, etc., or when requesting information) and provided your consent for its use in accordance with the website’s Terms of Use.
What constitutes processing of Personal Data?
Processing of Personal Data includes the collection, recording, organization, storage, adaptation, alteration, retrieval, search for information, use, transmission to third parties, dissemination, correlation, combination, restriction, erasure and destruction of Personal Data of natural persons.
When do we collect Personal Data?
For the simple visit and browsing of our website, no personal data is required. We collect information about you in the following cases:
A. When you contact us directly, either by physical presence at our premises, by telephone, or during your visit to our website.
- A1. Our website includes a contact form, where you may provide your full name, email, subject of communication and message so that we can respond. This data is not stored in our database but is used solely for communication regarding the specific matter.
- A2. Our website includes an “Online – Essaywolf Support” form, where you enter your name, email address, the category of the assignment to be undertaken and your message, so that we may respond. This data is not stored in our database but is used solely for communication regarding the specific matter.
- A3. After selecting “Assignment Submission”, an “Assignment Costing Form” is available, where we request your personal data, namely your full name, email address and mobile phone number. Additionally, you enter the subject of the assignment/course, the specialization, the final submission date, its length, the type of assignment (semester assignment, thesis, dissertation, etc.), and you may attach relevant material and provide further information. We request all the above data in order to process it lawfully for the provision of the service assigned to us, i.e., the preparation of an assignment and/or course and the translation of text. We guarantee that the data you provide are the minimum necessary for us to meet your needs and carry out the assigned work, and we ensure that they are not disclosed to unauthorized persons.
B. Please note that if you provide personal data on behalf of a third party, you must ensure that such third party has previously consented to and has been informed of this Policy.
C. Please help us keep your information up to date by informing us of any changes to your personal data.
D. You may request to opt out of data collection and/or request the deletion of data collected so far by sending an email to: [email protected]
How long do we store your Personal Data?
We store your personal data for as long as required to serve the above processing purposes, for which we have your consent, and for as long as required by applicable legislation. “Essaywolf” provides you with the option, through its website, to delete your profile.
Personal data obtained through the above means is used by “Essaywolf” only upon your wish and consent. Furthermore, you have the right to request access to your data, correction and completion of inaccurate or incomplete data, restriction of processing, erasure, portability, and withdrawal of your consent for future processing.

Sharing of Personal Data
Personal data will not be shared with third parties, except in circumstances where such sharing is necessary for the provision of our services or required by law. Occasionally, we enter into agreements with other companies and corporate partners to work on our behalf, such as external pro-writers or technology companies for system management and distribution and technologies aimed at enhancing our services, and we will share necessary information in such cases.
We also share your personal data with a remarketing provider whose services we use for referrals from partner companies. We will not disclose personal data to third parties for the purpose of enabling them to market their own products and services to our visitors. Essaywolf complies with the privacy and confidentiality policy imposed by the GDPR and guarantees access to personal data only to its necessary partners (employees, Pro-Writers, professors, accountant, database and portal technical support manager, etc.), who are equally obliged and committed to strict confidentiality regarding all personal data that comes to their attention, that they become aware of and/or collect/process in the context of their professional activity and work.
In case of a breach of your personal data, we will strictly follow the provisions of the GDPR regarding breach notification to the HDPA within 72 hours of leakage or loss. In addition, we will make every possible effort to recover any lost data and restore the previous situation.
